RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is a format for delivering regularly changing web content.
RSS solves a problem for people who regularly use the web and allows them to easily stay informed by retrieving latest content summaries from sites they're subscribed to.
So if someone subscribes to your traineo RSS feed, they'll be able to monitor all your diet, training and weight progress direct from their browser or aggregator without having to visit your traineo page each time they want an update.

I went to Taco Bell today. I know I shouldn't have, but I had such a craving. And it was so bad, but so good at the same time. It kinda upset my tummy though... I've always had a pretty sensitive constitution. But I'm trying to make the best of my JB diet... still listening only to them during work-outs, and I still haven't gotten tired of them. Lol.

The idea is that if you work out to JB music, you work out longer because you love the music. And the motivation is that we all want to look awesome if we meet them. LOL. Sounds teenagery and silly, but so far it's working. XD

I'm feeling more motivated today. I've joined the Jonas diet. (Diana, if you happen to read this, yes it is just that bad.) But I was so good today! Those boys could literally get me to do anything.

Sick and unmotivated. And more than a little bummed for reasons I don't completely understand myself, let alone feel like explaining. That explains how I've been feeling for the last several days. I have a cold, school sucks, and I haven't been very on top of my diet. And like I said, I'm quite unhappy. SUCKS.

Today was kinda bad. I didn't each much because I was so busy. But I did a lot of walking... and also, a bit of DDR when I finally got time. Tomorrow I will be better, because tomorrow is going to be the best day ever. I'm going to see an awesome concert, and it will rule, and I'll be good. That's a promise to myself.

Went for a walk with Diana at school today. And had a good diet day. No DDR... shin splints, I suspect. >.< Mostly a good day. And on a non-weight loss related front, I actually did my homework today. Yay for me. =)

Tea would be very good. I'm not sure if I can survive anything more intense than walking, considering how my knees have been hurting. I did a very light bit of DDR today and it really whipped my tush.

We need to find a nice indoor place to exercise, lol. I'm not sure how much more frozen wind I can take. Maybe one of us should bring a thermos with tea instead of granola next time, lol. If you could get your mum to come at 1:30, we could probably go for a tea or something in the cafeteria.

Well, I had game night on the heels of two fat days. *sigh* Two slices of pizza, a Cinnamon Dolce Latte (non-fat and no-whip) and a Pepsi. And a ton of grape tomatoes, snow peas, carrots, broccoli and raqnch dressing. *hangs head in shame*
